Lesson 1
Proper Introductions and Table Manner Basics
Follow along and learn the 5 S’s of an introduction so you can introduce yourself with confidence! Supplies needed: You and a friend or parent for practice!
For the second half of our lesson, we will be learning the proper way to eat bread and finger foods!
Purchase an etiquette workbox or simply use what you have for the second half of our lesson. We are walking you through the basics of setting the table properly while explaining how to properly use your butter and salad knives.
Supplies needed:
- Rice crackers
- Peanut butter
- Pimento cheese or cream cheese spread
- Rolls
- Butter

- Club soda
- Apple juice

- Raw baby carrots
- Cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes

- Charger plate
- Salad plate
- Bread Plate
- Salad knife
- Salad fork
- Butter knife
- Cloth Napkin
- 2 Stemmed and footed glasses (or two regular drinking glasses/cups)

Lesson 2
Proper Table Conversations and Soup
Learn whats ok to talk about at the dinner table as we discuss proper table conversations. Meals with your family will be so much more enjoyable when everyone is comfortable. Supplies you need: Just you and a friend or parent for practice!
For the second half of this lesson join us as we learn the proper way to eat soup! No more slurping (unless you’re in China of course!)
Purchase our Etiquette Box or simply use what you have to accompany this lesson.
Supplies needed: Etiquette workbook, charger plate, soup bowl, soup spoon, favorite soup, parfait glass, parfait spoon, favorite yogurt or sherbert ice cream!

Lesson 3
Forms of Dining
Join us as we learn the proper forms of dining in the United States and abroad! This lesson is all about learning to use your fork and knife correctly. Eating our food should be an enjoyable process whether we are at home or at a fancy restaurant.
Purchase an Etiquette Workbox which includes all the supplies you’ll need for each lesson or simply use what you have.
Supplies needed: Etiquette workbox (if purchased), Etiquette Workbook, salad plate, dinner plate, dessert plate, salad knife and fork, dinner knife and fork, dessert spoon and fork, cloth napkin, water, and juice glass, salad with your favorite dressing for the first course, mixed vegetables for the second course and cake and ice cream for dessert!
This is a great activity for elementary and middle school.
Lesson 4
Pizza and Thank You Notes
Who loves Pizza!? Learn how properly eat pizza during the first half of this lesson.
Supplies needed: Etiquette Workbook, Dinner plate, dinner fork, and knife, juice glass and water glass, paper napkin, a favorite slice of pizza.
Have you ever received a gift from someone? Has anyone ever did anything nice for you or simply did you a favor? Join us as we learn to properly say thank you with this really awesome gesture.
Supplies needed: Etiquette workbook, Blank Thank You cards, scrap paper, pencil or pen

Lesson 5
Bringing Everything Together
Join us as we implement all things we learned in previous lessons in our fine dining experience! We will be have a full four-course meal for this fifth lesson!
With a parent or a friend, present a special report to help practice your presentation and public speaking skills during this experience. Choose your favorite country to report, favorite vacation, and why or simply your favorite hobby.
Purchase an Etiquette Workbox to accompany this lesson or simply use what you have!
Food:
Soup (broth based)
Salad (I usually use a garden salad and keep it simple)
Bread roll w/ butter in butter dish
Ranch or Italian Dressing
Whole chicken breast, asparagus and mashed potatoes
Slice of Cake with a scoop of ice cream on top

Supplies needed: 1 8×10 or 9×11 canvas or canvas board
Printouts from PDF for each girl
Assorted acrylic paint
Mod podge (glossy) or other collage medium

Assorted colors of Yarn

Blow dryer (For drying canvas)
